Steph Curry On LeBron James May Join Warriors

Steph Curry talked about the hottest topic on the NBA right – LeBron James and his next team and how Steph would feel if LeBron joined him in The Bay.
Curry was asked about recruiting the Lakers veteran while playing in the prestigious golf tournament in Stateline, Nevada.
“I’d say a lot to be interested in playing golf with LeBron. We’ll handle the basketball stuff, but I want to see LeBron’s free agent. He’s out here grinding the game hard. But I’m sure obviously we’d like to play together. I mean, I hope it happens. But he deserved the opportunity and the right to take his time and decision.”
Shams Charania says the only way the Warriors can get LeBron is if they get Anthony Davis. but those trade talks went away.
“The Warriors’ whole plan going into free agency was, ‘Okay, let’s see if we can get Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, LeBron James and Anthony Davis,'” Charania said. “In short, I don’t think the Warriors are on this list. I think the Warriors believe they’re not on their list unless they can get Anthony Davis.”
Jake Weinbach revealed that the Warriors will re-team with Davis, “trading package may need Jimmy Butlertwo future first-round picks, and at least one first-round trade. Getting a 10-time All-Star will come at a price for Golden State.”
Even if Golden State doesn’t get LeBron, Curry has faith that the front office will come around to the end of his career.
“They know how I feel,” Curry said of Golden State’s management, per the SF Chronicle. “They’re always trying to win. It’s a different situation right now, and it always goes back to time and how many guys are there, especially at the top of the salary.
“I don’t know what kind of creative ways we can continue to get better if LeBron doesn’t come up with anything, but we’ll figure it out.”
