Hi – actually, a lot big morning, because we have PGA Tour playoff golf to enjoy with our coffee and hash browns. Main event: Scottie Scheffler vs. Viktor Hovland in a sudden-death showdown at 9 a.m. ET to decide the Traveler Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Conn.
Golf has been canceled since Sunday due to inclement weather that caused an 83-minute delay in the fourth round. When Scheffler and Hovland, who were playing in the final pairing together, both reached the 72nd hole, leaving them tied at 21 under for the week, one better than Collin Morikawa. With fading light, the deadline was pushed back to Monday morning. So, here we are. . . Live action updates coming soon!
