Dos padres fellecen en un accidente en Los Ángeles; uno de ellos se dirigía a conocer a su recién nacido
A father was going to meet his newly born son when he and a friend, also a father, died in a violent traffic accident in southern Los Angeles.
The Los Angeles county coroner identified two men, Sergio Hill, 32, and Álvaro Castillo Jr., 35, who died that same day on a public road as a result of impact injuries. The accident also left Castillo’s daughter in critical condition.
The fatal accident occurred on Friday at 10:44 a.m. in the 3300 block of West 78th Street, in the neighborhood of Hyde Park, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Fuentes policiales indicaron que al menos tres vehicules se vieron implicados en el accidente, entre ellos una camioneta Chevy, Toyota Camry and SUV BMW negro.
According to the police, the Toyota Camry was trying to turn left from West 78th Street towards Crenshaw Boulevard when it was hit laterally by the driver of the black BMW.
The department no facilitó more details about the incident.

Ken Smith, your easy news profile in the area of places, declaró a KTLA News that the driver of the black BMW SUV was competing in a race with a Tesla before the fatal accident occurred.
Smith provided images from his surveillance cameras that appeared to show two vehicles circulating at high speed toward the north on Crenshaw Boulevard before the collision.

According to the family, Sergio went to the airport to meet his newborn baby before the crash.

“Deja atrás a dos hijas pequeñas, una de las cuales se encuentra actualmente en estado crítico”, wrote the family. “Era divertido, terco en el mejor sentido de la palabra, lleno de amor y siempre disposito a ayudar a cualquiera que lo necesitara”.
