A chilling 911 call made by the husband of a slain New Jersey mother and psychiatrist Brooke Hanlon has been shared over and over and dissected by internet experts looking for clues.
A chilling and disturbing phone call reveals graphic details of how Conor Hanlon found his bloodied wife.
Brooke Hanlon, 35, was found stabbed to death in her home in Chester, New Jersey on June 6. No one has been charged in her death and Hanlon has never been accused of any crime or wrongdoing.
Fox News Digital tried to reach Conor Hanlon but calls were not immediately returned.

“You can’t see on the 911 call,” said Dr. Robert Leonard, research linguist and professor at Hofstra University, told Fox News Digital.

The bad talk of Dr. Leonard comes amid speculation on social media.
Online sleuths picked apart Hanlon’s busy tone and choice of words, such as referring to one of Brooke’s wounds as an “injury” in the nearly seven-minute call.

It is precisely this type of analysis that has led to major errors, said Dr. Leonard.
He pointed to a serious homicide investigation where innocent people were publicly vilified because of the way they sounded when they called 911.
One case he refers to is that of Isabel Celis’ father, Sergio Celis. She reported her six-year-old daughter missing from their home in Tucson, Arizona in 2012.
Investigators found her remains five years later; leading to this discovery, mr. Celis was said to be a murderer, said Dr. Leonard.
“For six years all the experts said he did it,” Leonard said.
Finally, Christopher Clements, who was convicted of sex crimes, was also convicted of the murder and kidnapping of young Isabel.
In one heinous case, then-teenager Marty Tankleff, of Long Island, New York, spent 17 years in prison, having been wrongfully convicted.
Prosecutors stated that he was calm following the murder of his parents; that sentence was eventually overturned.
“Everyone is so different,” Leonard said. “There are no reliable markers.”

He goes on to say, “We should not rush to judgement.”
Regarding the phone itself, he said, “You don’t do a homicide investigation with one piece of data,” he said.

The investigation into Brooke Hanlon’s murder is ongoing, with the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office leading the investigation.
There is still a $1,000 reward for anyone who can provide information in the case.
