The 2026 Open Championship at Royal Birkdale continues in England. But what channel is the Open on? Here’s everything you need to know to watch the 2026 Open action on TV.
What TV channel is on?
NBC and USA will be the TV channels broadcasting the 154th Open Championship this week.
The USA will open the telecast with a long telecast of Thursday’s opening round starting at 4 am ET and ending at 3:30 pm ET. The USA will watch Friday’s second round as it is Thursday. USA will also provide early television coverage of Saturday’s third and Sunday’s finals.
NBC will host the main telecast on Saturday, beginning its broadcast at 7 a.m. ET. NBC will also provide prime-time TV coverage of the final round beginning Sunday at 7 a.m. ET.
Some coverage of the 2026 Open Championship will be available exclusively online through Peacock, including early coverage of the first and second rounds beginning at 1:30 a.m. ET on Thursday and Friday.
