The US Open contenders are ready to enter the final round at Shinnecock. But before they do, the third round must end on Saturday.
All players need to complete the third round before Sunday tee times for the 2026 US Open can be determined. Once Round 3 is over on Sunday night, players will be re-arranged into new pairings based on leaderboard position, with the leaders participating in the final pairing and starting Sunday afternoon. The players at the bottom of the leaderboard after the cut will play on the first Sunday morning.
We can look at last year to get a better idea of what this year’s tee times will be. On Sunday at the 2025 US Open, Adam Scott and Sam Burns compete in the final pairing at 2:15 pm ET. Cam Davis opened Sunday’s game at 7:52 am ET.
You can expect Sunday tee times at the 2026 US Open to fall in the same window between 7:45 am ET and 2:30 pm ET.
