– comments containing obscene language, degrading human dignity, or inciting interethnic or interreligious hatred;
– spam, as well as advertising of any goods and services, other resources, media, or events unrelated to the topic of discussion.
Let’s respect each other and the site where you and other readers come to communicate and express your thoughts. The site administration reserves the right to delete comments or parts of them if they do not comply with these guidelines.
Violating the rules may result in a warning. In some cases, a temporary or permanent ban (profile block) may be issued without warning. If you are temporarily or permanently banned, you will not be able to read news, comment, or send private messages while logged in to your profile. If you log out of a blocked account, you can still read any site content as an unregistered user.

- You can leave comments through social media profiles or by registering on the site and confirming your email.
- A newly registered user can rate comments from other users and edit their own comments only after leaving 20 comments on the site’s news (or on Blog posts).
- Please note that all comments are checked by anti-spam, and some may be delayed if they contain too few words or are limited to emoticons.
- After writing 20 comments on news or blogs, a new User is automatically transferred to the Verified group. They won’t be shown a captcha (digital code) when writing comments, and they can rate other people’s comments and edit their own (using the buttons in the upper right corner of the message).
- Attention! New registered users of the site (  Users group ) can automatically and quickly move to the  Verified group  (the ability to edit their comments, rate other comments, disable spam checking, and use emoticons and BB codes) if ytheyleave 20 messages on the  Forum  (create a new topic or comment on existing topics).
- Verified users can become Bloggers and post any of their content in the Blogs module. To do so, they must have been registered for at least two months and have left at least 20 comments on their content on the site.
- You can submit a request to be transferred to the Bloggers group by sending a message through the same feedback form.
- Bloggers’ content is published without moderation, and bloggers are also free to edit it themselves. Content in this section can be on any topic, although it is preferable to publish notes on the site’s topic.
- The site administration is not responsible for information, photos, and videos posted by bloggers in blogs or by site users in news comments or on the forum.
